Appearence: Straight black hair hangs down her back, and her dark eyes hold all the mystery in the world. Her clear complexion reflects the light just enough to give the impression of immeasurable beauty. She dresses in the colors of her former house during school, but after classes are over she changes into darker colors that accent her looks and curves.
Personality: A bit of a perfectionist, Sirens has no problem keeping her classroom and her private rooms clean. She's got a great sense of humor-rare for a Slytherin. But she can hold a grudge like you would not believe. Sirens is fairly intelligent, but doesn't flaunt it. Also, she's pretty leinent--unlike her predecessors as Head of Slytherin, she gives three warnings, and then it's detention.
History: Sirens was born in Kyoto, Japan. She was loved very much by both her parents. When Sirens was 7, her father was transferred to London, and so they had to move. She hated it at first, becoming depressed with homesickness for Kyoto. When she was 11, she got her Hogwarts letter. At first, she didn't want to go--wishing instead to attend the Four Seasons Academy of Witchcraft in Tokyo. But her parents reminded her that they were too far from Japan for that to happen. Grudgingly, she went to Diagon Alley to get her school things.
Once at Hogwarts, she was sorted into Slytherin House. She didn't make any close friends, as she was still depressed throught her first year at school. At the start of her second year, she was still wanting to return to her native country, but she was not as depressed.
By the time her fifth year rolled around, she had finally accepted that she was not going to be returning to Japan, not even during summer vacations. Her last two years passed, and she was more involved than ever in school.
After leaving school, she applied for a teaching position, which was given to her. She worked hard, and soon became the Head of Slytherin house.
Not long after the appointment, she was walking down to her home in Hogsmeade when she was attacked by a vampire. As she later found out, the vamp had been watching her for some time, and wished to have her as a companion. So, she was turned into a vampire. But because of some strange occurence that even Sirens can't explain, she can walk in the light.

The moon rose steadily in the sky as Sirens walked around the lake. Even now, when the leaves were falling from the trees and frost covered the morning ground, she loved being outside. Night was the only free time she had anymore, what with classes to teach and the occasional detention to watch over. She sighed and watched the puff of air rise and dissapate in the cool air. It wouldn't be long before the first snowfall of the year.
